    Take a wild ride in an airboat to discover the Florida wetlands south of Orlando. Keep your eyes open during your exciting ride through the wetlands, you never know when a gator may pop its head above water to check you out!

    You'll feel like you are flying as you race across the water surface at speeds of up to 45 miles per hour. The 17-seater airboat lets you see parts of the wetlands inaccessible by car, while feeling the thrill of speeding across the water with the wind in your hair.

    As well as the most famous resident, the Florida gator, the area is home to an abundant array of birds. A large variety of reptiles, turtles and frogs also call this part of the world home. If its the wildlife you want to see, the local residents are more active in the mornings during the warmer months, and around midday during the colder months. Florida Airboat Adventure departs every 30 minutes from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Visit the world-famous Asa Wright Nature Centre, a 200-acre (800,000 sq.meter) bird sanctuary and conservation center located deep in the hills of the Northern Range. Following the 1.5 hours drive to the nature center, you will be met by your knowledgeable guide for an informative nature walk through the lush tropical forest with its exotic trees and colourful flowers.
